COVID-19 Coronavirus Response

To our valued Shephard Plumbing Customers & Vendors:
New guidelines for construction activities in the Governor’s Proclamation, that went into effect today, deemed construction activities for both residential and commercial projects as non-essential. The memo stated, “Commercial and residential construction is not authorized under the Proclamation because construction is not considered to be an essential activity” (State of Washington Memo 3/25/2020). There are exceptions for emergency repairs for residences and commercial buildings to prevent spoliation, additional damage or unsafe conditions. 
As such, we are required to temporarily close all non-essential operations and our office to the general public. However, emergency services for plumbing, drain cleaning, and water services will remain available, in addition to any low income housing or federal projects.
